At the annual congress of the real estate association IVD was Germany Tobias Geipel, Managing Director of TG Immobilien Bad Orb, winner of the real estate idea 2010 special social media prize.
AIZ The real estate magazine and immonet.de awarded this year for the first time this special price for a business idea which the new communication channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Xing, YouTube and blogs and thus makes use opens up a whole new audience. The award was given by Mrs Carol immonet.de Hegenbarth, Chefredaktuerin AIZ, and Klaus Saloch, a member of the Executive presented. The expert jury, which is also characterized Horst-Dieter Behrendt, media Limbach, Braunschweig, Claus-Peter Haller, Bellevue real estate magazine, Hamburg, Prof. Dr. Stephan Kippes, Nürtingen University, Erik Nothelfer, IVD South, Munich, Stuttgart and Robert Ummen, Ummen Communications, Berlin composed, was, unanimously considers the special prize of social media to give Tobias Geipel.
